When will my order ship?

In-stock orders are generally processed and handed to USPS within 1–3 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is currently $4.95–$7.95. Read our Shipping & Returns policy for the full details.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact support@wildbubble.co as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it enters fulfillment or is handed to USPS. After that, the Shipping & Returns policy applies.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos when available. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, reshipment, refund, or other remedy.

Are subscriptions available?

Not yet. We currently offer one-time purchases.
