These Terms of Use & Sale govern your use of wildbubble.co and purchases from Wild Bubble Soda. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel an affected order with a prompt refund. Payment is due when you place an order. We accept the credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets presented at checkout. We do not currently offer product subscriptions.

Order acceptance and fulfillment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we ship it or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or other legitimate operational reasons, with a refund when payment has been taken. Shipping, returns, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Product use and preparation

Use products only as directed on the package and product instructions. You are responsible for using appropriate equipment, following safety directions, and considering your own dietary needs, allergies, and sensitivities. Please read our Food & Preparation Disclaimer.

Site use and intellectual property

All site content, branding, recipes, images, and materials are owned by or licensed to Wild Bubble Soda and may not be copied, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the site in a way that harms others.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” except for any express written warranty we provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Bubble Soda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Disputes, arbitration, and Arizona law

Please contact us first at support@wildbubble.co so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be decided by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and Wild Bubble Soda waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. To the extent a court action is permitted, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona. Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
