Shipping

We ship orders through USPS. In-stock orders are generally processed and handed to USPS within 1–3 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is currently $4.95–$7.95. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you need an address correction, contact us immediately. Once an order has been handed to USPS, we may not be able to change its destination.

Order delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated shipment estimate and an option to cancel for a full refund before shipment. If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel the unfilled portion and refund the amount paid for it, including any applicable shipping charge.

Returns for unopened kits

If a kit is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping charges are not refundable.

Because these are food and botanical preparation products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or resealed kits. This does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wildbubble.co with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the packaging and item when available. After review, we will make it right with a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other appropriate remedy. We cover shipping for approved damage, incorrect-item, or verified carrier-loss remedies.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only before it has entered fulfillment or been handed to USPS. Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, the return rules above apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process them promptly after approval or, for an approved return, after the item is received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may take additional time to post the credit.
